Information you share

When you email us or call us, we may receive your name, contact information, company details, and anything you voluntarily include in your message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide services where requested.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we send the name, email address, organization, service interest, and message you provide through our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint to Resend, which delivers a notification to our Microsoft 365 email system. We use server-side form validation and a hidden spam-trap field, and may use Cloudflare edge rate limits on our production domain to reduce automated abuse. Our staging form may operate without those rate limits during testing. We do not maintain a separate contact-form database on this website. Email providers and our hosting provider may process technical metadata and maintain operational logs. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive records through this form.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe to Tales From Byson Cyber™, the newsletter form sends your email address to MailerLite to manage signups, confirmation emails, and newsletters. The newsletter page loads a MailerLite form-processing script; MailerLite may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Subscriptions are optional, and every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option.

Website hosting

Our hosting provider may process routine technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, for delivery, performance, and security. We do not use advertising scripts or site-wide third-party analytics. The newsletter form uses MailerLite resources only on its signup page.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell inquiry information. We may use service providers, including email and hosting providers, to operate our business. Correspondence is retained as reasonably needed for communications, business operations, and applicable requirements.
